MAKO Platform
MAKO Platform is the core of the platform. A container based system that can be deployed in any cloud or on-premise environment. We can integrate hybrid systems, both for example cloud SaaS and on-premise sqlservers in MAKO.
The dlt integration framework leverages python and moves our data from the transactional system to the data warehouse.
Mako Insights
In the modelling phase we define the data structure of your system. We use techniques like Dimensional Modelling to model the data in a shape from which we can derive the needed insights.
Each model has a clear definition, data tests, and is written in python or sql. A data test can be for example “is the name field filled correctly?”
MAKO Insights
Our data warehouse is the heart of the insights module. All data ends up in the warehouse. As you can see, we have several schema on the left, each with their own tables.
Mako Insights
A dashboard that connects to the data warehouse, where we can see the change of our metrics and KPI over time. This is a classical monitoring dashboard.
MAKO Insights
We can define data security extremely granular. Imagine an excel sheet. We can give every user a different intersection of the same data. This means that your director can see for example financial numbers, and the teamlead can only see data elements related to their team and for example no financial data.
Mako Insights
If your organisation is tech-savvy, we can also create dedicated python development environments that can connect using secure credentials to the data you have. In the above example, we use Facebook’s Prophet model to predict our daily ice cream sales for the coming year. This data is available in the warehouse for further consumption.
MAKO Automations
Our automations module is a click-and-drag solution to move data between systems in the form of messages. This enables organisations to act on each data element created by their tools. For example, we get all of our new clients from a particular system, and send them a welcome email.
In the second example, we enrich the data in our internal CRM system by asking ChatGPT what it knows about a company. After chatgpt’s reply, we store the information in our transactional system.
